Mardi Gras is most famous for the New Orlean Versions, but it is celebrated all over the world.  In latin america we have our own version the Carnaval, and the largest one is celebrated in Rio de Janeiro.  Their parade is televised around the world, with devil masks meant to scare us and excite the festivities.
