Bead crochet or beaded crochet is literally what the term says.  It is crocheting with beads.  Normally, you will see crocheted purses or bags done with beaded accents included in the thread or yarn, but I have also seen some crochet work with wire and beads. The result of that is a bit unorthodox, but I've seen nice things come out of it as well.
